Job Description

This role involves close collaboration with the Brite Payments founder and CEO, focusing on managing her schedule, coordinating key meetings, and ensuring smooth operations of her day-to-day activities.

  • Support the CEO in all aspects of her daily work routine.
  • Lead and coordinate projects on her behalf in close collaboration with the Chief of Staff.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, gathering documents and attending to logistics, sharing meeting materials with participants, and following up on deliveries.
  • Handle correspondence on the CEO's behalf.
  • Plan and coordinate the CEO's attendance and speaking engagements at conferences and events with the Communications team.
  • Assist in organizing gifts and entertainment.
