This role requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and business acumen. As Head of Partnerships, you will lead our partnership sales strategy, driving customer acquisition through local acquisition teams with a creative and strategic mindset. You will identify, establish, and nurture innovative partnerships and new acquisition channels that increase brand awareness and drive customer lifetime value (LTV).

You will leverage AI tools to optimize partnerships and maximize ROI, ensuring accounts hunting and farming are efficient and goal-driven while inspiring your team to exceed targets. Additionally, you will play a critical role in leading sales forecast meetings, contributing valuable insights and strategies to guide company-wide initiatives.

We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore. Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day.
