About This Role

As a member of our Technical Support Services (TSS) team, you'll provide technical assistance to partners and customers on Optimizely products and applications.

This includes answering questions, troubleshooting problems, diagnosing defects, or offering coding approaches.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and effective technical support to customers and partners.
  2. Develop and maintain knowledge of Optimizely products and applications.
  3. Collaborate with internal experts to resolve complex issues.
  4. Meet or exceed service level and customer satisfaction objectives.
Requirements
  • English language proficiency (C1 at least).
  • Minimum 1-2+ years operational experience in web development, ASP.NET Framework, Core, MVC, and C#.
  • Ability to diagnose code-related issues.
