Sales Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Nordic region. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer acquisition within this territory.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue sales opportunities, collaborate with peer teams to deliver multi-solution sales, and skillfully address customer objections. To achieve success in this role, you must possess strong business acumen, an ability to communicate effectively at the most senior level, and a deep understanding of complex software applications.
You will also be responsible for managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously, negotiating pricing, and achieving sales quota targets. This is an excellent opportunity to build relationships, identify customer needs, and drive sales growth in the Nordic region.
- Actively seek out sales opportunities and collaborate with peer Sales teams to generate qualified sales pipeline.
- Utilize information gathered during the needs analysis phase to deliver a compelling demonstration of Workiva's platform.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure new business and customer expansion sales opportunities.
