Job Overview

We are seeking a sales and business development manager to join our team in Sweden. As a sales and business development manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the Victaulic FP product range in Sweden.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies for the Victaulic FP product range in Sweden.
  • Provide weekly reports to the Sales Director on activities, market information, and sales performance.
  • Promote the Victaulic System for binding application products.
  • Demonstrate proper installation techniques for the Victaulic FP product and tool range.
  • Cultivate acceptance and specification of the Victaulic System by Owners and Engineering Consulting companies.
  • Maintain knowledge about the Victaulic FP products and system through seminars, training, technical literature, and technical support.
  • Liaise with local distributors to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Visit job sites and monitor the installation process of the Victaulic FP System by contractors. Train contractor personnel as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Victaulic Corporate Engineering department to resolve product claims.
  • Support finance personnel in collecting customer receivables.
  • Coordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical expertise.
  • Familiarity with the piping industry or ability to quickly acquire necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric approach.
  • Results-driven with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
  • Fluent communication in Swedish and English.
  • Additional language skills are an asset.
