Piping Industry Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a sales and business development manager to join our team in Sweden. As a sales and business development manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the Victaulic FP product range in Sweden.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies for the Victaulic FP product range in Sweden.
- Provide weekly reports to the Sales Director on activities, market information, and sales performance.
- Promote the Victaulic System for binding application products.
- Demonstrate proper installation techniques for the Victaulic FP product and tool range.
- Cultivate acceptance and specification of the Victaulic System by Owners and Engineering Consulting companies.
- Maintain knowledge about the Victaulic FP products and system through seminars, training, technical literature, and technical support.
- Liaise with local distributors to ensure seamless information flow.
- Visit job sites and monitor the installation process of the Victaulic FP System by contractors. Train contractor personnel as needed.
- Collaborate with the Victaulic Corporate Engineering department to resolve product claims.
- Support finance personnel in collecting customer receivables.
- Coordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of technical expertise.
- Familiarity with the piping industry or ability to quickly acquire necessary knowledge and skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric approach.
- Results-driven with adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
- Fluent communication in Swedish and English.
- Additional language skills are an asset.
