Vi söker en driven och kommunikativ Consumer Collecting Sales Specialist som vill vara en del av vårt team på Red Bull Sverige. Som Consumer Collecting Sales Specialist kommer du att vara huvudkontakt för projekt och event på campus som involverar försäljning. Du kommer att arbeta tillsammans med en kollega för att leda vårt studentambassadörsprogram med över 50 anställda för att säkerställa att Red Bull är synligt och tillgängligt på campus.

Du kommer att ansvara för säljdelen av programmet och förse ambassadörerna med de verktyg och kunskaper de behöver inom försäljning för att kunna göra skillnad och utvecklas. Du rekryterar, utbildar och coachar ambassadörerna för att säkerställa ett engagerat och kunnigt team.

Tillsammans utvecklar ni effektiva planer och uppföljning för att leda ett consumer collecting team i världsklass – både ur ett sälj och marknadsperspektiv. Ni identifierar ständigt nya möjligheter och skapar event och aktiviteter på och kring universitet och högskolor runt om i Sverige.

Uppdrag
  • Var en förebild och lev Red Bulls värderingar med en motiverande och inspirerande röst.
  • Ge vägledning, stöd och coaching till studentambassadörerna i deras dagliga arbetsuppgifter.
  • Förmedla tydliga förväntningar, riktlinjer och mål till studentambassadörerna för att uppnå bästa resultat och motivera teamet.
  • Ge regelbunden feedback och genomför proaktiv uppföljning för att utveckla teamet och främja högpresterande individer.
  • Utför regelbundna fältbesök för att identifiera lokala behov och förbättringar samt säkerställa spetskompetens.
  • Utbilda, rekrytera och anställ ett mångsidigt team av ambassadörer över hela Sverige.
Kvalifikationer

Kandidatexamen i HR, ekonomi, försäljning, marknadsföring eller liknande.

2+ års sälj eller marknadsföringserfarenhet.

Erfarenhet av att leda ett team eller individer.

Stark kommunikationsförmåga.

Erfarenhet från och tydligt intresse för sälj och marknadsföring.

Flytande i Svenska och engelska.

Goda PowerPoint och Excel färdigheter.

Hands-on and make-it-happen attityd.

Teamplayer.

Trivs i en arbetskultur med högt tempo.
