About the Role

As a Sales Performance Specialist at Philips, you will be responsible for driving the Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGTS) business in Sweden to reach sales targets. You will identify new business opportunities, provide clinical, technical, commercial, and strategic expertise to support Account Managers, and execute competitive positioning and marketing strategy for assigned portfolios.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive IGTS business in Sweden to meet sales targets.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities in IGT.
  3. Support Account Managers with clinical, technical, commercial, and strategic expertise.
  4. Execute competitive positioning and marketing strategy for assigned portfolios.
  5. Analyze and monitor the market, competition, and trends.
  6. Develop strong relationships with physicians, nurses, physicists, hospital management, and biomedical teams.
  7. Coordinate internal and external marketing activities.
  8. Prepare and deliver accurate business forecasting.
  9. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales and marketing professional with a strong background in healthcare or B2B sales. You should have a university or bachelor's degree in a relevant allied health discipline, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales/marketing role, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
