Store Manager Flagship Store

As our Store Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring excellence in consumer experience, maximizing store sales, and leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Profitability: Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and drive profitability for the store.
  • Consumer Experience: Ensure excellence in consumer experience in the store by modeling brand-specific service standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team and ensure their ongoing development and motivation.
  • Talent Acquisition: Attract, recruit, and hire high talent and actively maintain a succession plan within the store.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with operational and administrative policies and procedures and manage store expenses within budget.
  • Asset Protection: Protect company assets and ensure compliance with company safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs.
Requirements:
  • Sales and Leadership Experience: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven work experience as a leader with a track record of team motivation and positive sales results.
  • Language Skills: Good verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.
  • Team Management: Ability to build, lead, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Decision-Making: Good decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outdoor Experience: Personal or professional experience with outdoor sports is preferred.
  • Collective Agreement: Solid understanding of the collective agreement.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
