Drive Business Growth and Innovation
COWI is seeking a Senior Market Director to lead our Buildings sector business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our business development strategy, directing business development efforts, and growing our order backlog, customer satisfaction, and capture rate.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Buildings sector business development strategy and direct business development efforts to support growth.
- Lead and develop the Buildings sector market organisation and business development team/proposal office.
- Oversee and participate in the Buildings and Industry's top 10 proposals.
- Assign bid teams and participate actively in bid writing.
- Ensure strong cooperation with Arkitema and Projektbyrån.
- Act as a door opener for COWI to present and new customers.
Requirements
- Relevant senior business development and leadership experience.
- Extensive experience leading major proposals and market initiatives within consulting, engineering, or architecture.
- Knowledge within the buildings and industry sector.
- Solid experience in implementing business development strategies that drive revenue and growth.
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
