Net Revenue Management Excellence Director

As the NRM Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the NRM culture and capability of our Consumer Goods business across diverse markets in Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the NRM culture and capability roadmap for Consumer Goods EMEA, revolutionizing the processes for identifying NRM opportunities, setting strategies, execution, and supporting implementation.
Reporting to the Net Revenue Management Lead for Consumer Goods EMEA, you will collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders, such as members of the Commercial Excellence Team, Regional Net Revenue Managers, Business Development Managers, external consultants, and Regional Customer Marketing Directors, to lead our NRM culture and capability journey.
To succeed in this role, you will require NRM knowledge, structured change management, and organizational skills, as well as pioneering and entrepreneurial behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the NRM culture & capability roadmap for a business unit, in close collaboration with key regional stakeholders
- Lead BU-wide capability-building projects, such as the NRM Academy, developing content, delivering training, and managing the relationship with expert external partners
- Own the business unit's suite of NRM playbooks, ensuring they are always up-to-date, aligned, and adopted
- Drive the implementation of the business unit's ways of working through pilots and partnerships with regional teams, monitoring and reporting activities across geographies, coordinating and optimizing critical process outputs
- Lead the assessment of NRM maturity across geographies, measuring and communicating progress, celebrating and leveraging success
- Stay at the forefront of best-in-class processes across NRM pillars, bringing external expertise into the business unit's way of working, and securing business case approval for new investments
- Create a new access point or online hub for NRM resources
- Be an influential part of Essity's NRM community
- Define and implement the method by which Essity benchmarks its NRM maturity versus its peers
