About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Post-award Contract Manager to join our team at Energy Jobline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling variations and change requests, including site instructions. They will be responsible for overseeing the works by the EPCM Contractor of +/-15 Construction Sub-Contracts, throughout 2025+2026 for the Hydrogen Manufacturing Plant (HMP).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming Change Requests into Change Orders and obtain internal alignment and approval;
  • Review and approve payment applications submitted by Sub-Contractors;
  • Collaborate with the Contract Management Team to ensure timely delivery of Vendor Documents and goods;
  • Evaluate and verify Bank Guarantees / Bonds received from Sub-Contractors;
  • Communicate with Sub-Contractors regarding formal letters and open actions;
  • Escalate any issues with Sub-Contractors to the HMP Contracts Lead;
  • Provide support to Procurement for yet to be awarded Site Contracts;
  • Ensure KPI reporting is performed for Contract Management HMP.
