Job DescriptionThe Account Executive role at Hailey HR involves B2B sales, where you will be responsible for the entire sales journey from prospecting to closing deals. This includes processing new clients, booking client meetings, and presenting Hailey's system in demos. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with customers in various industries and sizes, working closely with HR managers, CEOs, and management teams.
You will assume great personal responsibility for your own development. Collaborating with your manager, you will define your own goals and receive their support throughout your journey to becoming a successful Account Executive.
