We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Pair Finance GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and innovation in the FinTech industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the overall sales goals of the team through your own sales efforts and coaching of the Swedish team.
  • Identify, approach, acquire, and develop potential B2B partners to build long-term and solid business relationships.
  • Proactively support the development and evolution of our business model by conducting market and trend analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to clients.
  • Represent Pair Finance at trade fairs, exhibitions, and other events.
  • Engage in ongoing information exchange with the management team.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in the technology sector (particularly FinTech, InsureTech, Debt Collection, or LegalTech).
  • Ability to drive significant sales growth and a passion for contributing to a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical affinity to explain our technology-based service to leads and potential prospects.
  • Very good MS Office skills and enjoyment of working with technology.
  • Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Swedish and in English.
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and foster a dedicated team and focus on the development of individual team members together with the management team.
