We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing them with the necessary support and guidance to achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SAP solutions to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting or sales environment.
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business processes and industries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
