Main Responsibilities
- Nurture and grow existing customer relationships, building trust and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Identify opportunities to upsell customers to our latest tools and cross-sell relevant solutions, maximizing their value from Texthelp.
- Create a seamless onboarding experience for new customers, ensuring they quickly understand our products and achieve their desired outcomes.
- Develop and deliver training materials, including webinars and user videos, contributing to engaging content for customer events.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Champion customer needs and feedback within Texthelp, collaborating with sales, marketing, support, and product teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates, demonstrating the value of your work.
- Efficiently manage customer data in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Handle essential sales administration tasks.
