About the Job:

We are seeking a Geospatial Sales and Service Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation around satellite data, leading global sales growth of our geospatial and telecommunications powered Data and Services business line.

This role involves essential travel to attend events, conferences and building relationships with customers. We are open to hybrid working for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  2. Managing the improvement and delivery of the data sales, licensing and bid processes through effective management and operations of the team
  3. Providing internal support in the areas of strategy, analysis, and best practices to other senior managers and directors
  4. Contributing to the development of accurate and complete opportunity forecasting to the wider organization for this business unit
  5. Driving lessons learned initiatives to continually improve pursuit strategies
  6. Identifying and developing target customers and sales opportunities, including the generation of new data or service propositions
  7. Translating market intelligence, customer feedback and identified user needs into clear, tailored value propositions and/or technical specifications for current and future Data and Services
  8. Working with the marketing team to drive lead generation, contributing to the development of marketing campaigns and materials for the team and the wider organization
