Territory Sales Manager - Medical Devices

Job Description:

As a Territory Sales Manager with TN Sweden, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our world-class medical devices in the upper extremities product portfolio. This role offers a comprehensive portfolio of innovative hardware for surgical treatment that helps improve patient and hospital outcomes.

As part of the Trauma and Extremities division, we offer a unique opportunity to develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will take over sales activities in the field for our Upper Extremities product portfolio in upper Sweden with a focus on the Stockholm area.

  2. Implementing marketing and sales strategies in the sales process, conducting negotiations with surgeons, hospital administrations, and purchasing departments.

  3. Advise and train surgical & theatre staff in the OR use during workshops, utilizing your built-up product knowledge.

  4. Responsible for customer care for surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement, aiming for qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.

  5. Preparing orders for interested customers and ensuring timely delivery dates to maintain high customer satisfaction.

  6. Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.

Requirements:

  • Gained sales experience within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry, with a desire to move into a role with more clinical focus and technical depth within the orthopedic product portfolio.
  • A background in sales or a medical field technician, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedics, application specialist is ideal.
  • Ideal candidate can provide Arthroplasty product knowledge.
  • Strong enthusiasm for medical technology, passion, and ambition for selling complex products with excellent customer service are essential.
  • Talent for building and maintaining networks with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish is required.
