Key Account Manager - Nordics, Stockholm

Job Overview:

TN Sweden is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead strategical and tactical initiatives in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing key partners in the Industrial Distribution segment and increasing sales while managing profitability.

  • Implement European segment strategy at Key Partners.
  • Plan, agree, and follow through on the annual action plan with Key Partners.
  • Together with the Sales Manager, build and lead accounts and annual budget targets to support the deployment of the Key Account plan.
Responsibilities:

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  1. Lead the strategic development of Key Accounts by setting sales, growth, and profitability targets together with the Sales Manager.
  2. Identify new opportunities, manage, and implement projects and sales pipelines.
  3. Work closely with the Nordic Sales Manager, Nordic Sales Team, and European colleagues to ensure success in the KAM role.
Requirements:

We expect the successful candidate to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales and/or marketing background (preferably experience working with distributors).
  • Expert negotiation skills, looking to find the best solution for all parties involved.
  • A strong digital mindset and capabilities, including Office 365 applications.
  • Natural open-mindedness and an agile approach.
  • Excellent language and presentation skills in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and English.
  • Ability to travel up to 50 days per year.
