Job Overview

Job&Talent is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our Swedish Revenue team. As a key player in our sales department, you'll drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identifying and acquiring new clients through strategic sales activities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably targeting mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Swedish at a native or highly professional level and good English skills (at least B1).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
