We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Developer to join our team in Stockholm and drive the growth of our Measurement Solutions in the European market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business results.

Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue strategic project sales opportunities in key industry segments, leveraging your expertise in automation and instrumentation techniques to position our solutions as the go-to choice for customers.

You will work closely with our project sales teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful pursuit outcomes. Your excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with your ability to build strong relationships with clients, will be critical in driving business success.

Requirements:

  • Extensive sales experience in the process automation industry;
  • Knowledge of consultative and professional selling techniques;
  • Proven leading-by-influence and collaboration skills;
  • Understanding of CAPEX Project and EPC's working methods;
  • Strong expertise in Automation and Instrumentation techniques;
  • Proven ability to build relationships with new clients at all levels of the customer's organization;
  • Outstanding negotiation skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, in English;
  • Willingness to travel (% - % of time);
