Senior Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Devoteam, a leading ServiceNow partner in EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the growth of our ServiceNow business in Sweden by selling licenses and consultancy services to clients.

In this role, you will lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring seamless and positive client experiences. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions addressing client needs and driving adoption of ServiceNow's platform.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions, preferably in the ServiceNow ecosystem. A deep understanding of solution and value-based selling methodologies is essential, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and analytical skills will enable you to identify client needs and develop compelling solutions delivering measurable value.
