We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Stryker's Surgical Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative products to hospitals and healthcare professionals in the Greater Stockholm area and North of Sweden.

Your primary objective will be to grow our Surgical Technologies business by identifying new sales opportunities, developing relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting product trainings and familiarization sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Pursuing new sales opportunities and expanding our presence in the market.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including hospital professionals and purchasing departments.
  • Providing ongoing support and service to existing customers.

Requirements include 4+ years of experience, a degree or equivalent, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A valid driver's license is also essential for regular customer visits.
