Sales Manager for Surgical Technologies

Stryker's Surgical Technologies business is a leading provider of innovative solutions that improve the safety of healthcare professionals and patients. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing our Surgical Technologies business in the Greater Stockholm area (60-70%) and covering the North of Sweden.

This role requires excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills, with proficiency in Swedish and English. You will pursue opportunities to grow our Surgical Technologies business, while demonstrating exemplary customer and patient focus. This includes prospecting new customers, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing service to existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about our product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promoting and selling Stryker's Surgical Technologies product portfolio to hospitals and healthcare professionals.
  • Developing and implementing strategies in the sales process, including negotiations with hospital professionals and purchasing departments.
  • Informing, advising, and training hospital professionals on our products.
  • Preparing orders for interested customers and being a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up and after-sales.

To succeed in this role, you must have 4+ years of experience, a degree or equivalent, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You should also be enthusiastic about medical technology and have a valid driver's license, as regular customer visits are required.
