We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Territory Sales Managers for our Upper Extremities product portfolio in Sweden. As a member of our Trauma and Extremities division, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative orthopedic products.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing strategic approaches to optimize customer service, supporting the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise, and conducting negotiations with surgeons, hospital administrations, and purchasing departments.
As a key representative of our company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, including surgical & theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement, and other stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for medical technology, and a talent for building and maintaining networks.
