The Territory Sales Manager role at Stryker's Surgical Technologies offers an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Surgical Technologies business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative products to hospitals and healthcare professionals in the Greater Stockholm area and North of Sweden.
Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop strong relationships with customers, and deliver exceptional customer service. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Promoting and selling Stryker's Surgical Technologies product portfolio.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers, including hospital professionals and purchasing departments.
- Providing ongoing support and service to existing customers.
Requirements include 4+ years of experience, a degree or equivalent, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A valid driver's license is also essential for regular customer visits.
