Medical Device Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Specialist for our Upper Extremities product portfolio, you will help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker's world-class products.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing marketing and sales strategies, conducting negotiations, and advising and training surgical & theatre staff in the OR use during workshops.
You will also be responsible for customer care, preparing orders for interested customers, and ensuring timely delivery dates. Additionally, you will participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who want to move into a role with more clinical focus and technical depth within the orthopedic product portfolio.
