Strategic Customer Growth Lead

We are looking for a results-driven Strategic Customer Growth Lead to join our team in Stockholm. As a strategic leader, you will drive business growth by developing and executing plans to expand our presence in the Swedish market.

Your Role:

  • Driving Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue expansion and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including ICA and Coop, to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
  • Product Optimization: Work with internal teams to optimize product assortment, distribution, and rotation, securing listings for new products to meet growth ambitions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, supply chain, finance, legal, and other functions to achieve high-reaching goals through forecasting, pricing, marketing plans, and cross-channel opportunities.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, with a Master's degree considered an asset.
  • +8 years' experience in Business Development or Key Account Management, preferably in Grocery/FMCG Retail.
  • Fluent Swedish and excellent English skills are essential.
