Growth Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Role holder to drive sales success across EMEA. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth and customer success across key accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in selling towards enterprise-level clients, handling complex sales processes, and driving growth across large accounts. A strong background in value-based selling and frameworks like MEDDPICC is also essential.
You will work closely with our sales management team to develop and implement strategies that cater to both short- and long-term success. Your ability to engage at all organizational levels and build strong relationships with clients will be invaluable assets in this role.
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to drive growth and customer success across key accounts in the EMEA region.
- Participate and lead customer meetings and negotiations as appropriate.
- Support contract renewal negotiations and manage terms that align with both client needs and company objectives in collaboration with the Director of Strategic Accounts.
- 5+ years experience in selling towards enterprise-level clients.
- 3+ years of experience in strategic account management and leadership roles within the SaaS industry.
- Proven success in driving growth across enterprise-level accounts.
