The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in the SaaS industry. Proficiency in ERP, CRM software, and/or Subscription Management software is essential. Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English are required. A general knowledge of financial processes in a company - 'quote to cash' - is valuable.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand customer needs through active listening and observation.
- Commercially responsible for growing accounts and ensuring customer renewals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
- Proactively address customer concerns and collect feedback to inform product improvements.
- Educate and support customers on using our services effectively.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our application.
- Contribute to product development by working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
