Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at XBP Europe. As a key member of our Northern Europe Sales organization, you will play a critical role in delivering support during the sales and bid process.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as the project (bid) owner, providing solution proposals, functional specifications, and pricing estimates that meet customer requirements. You will work closely with Operations, Business Solution Group, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and deliver precise requirements for implementation of solutions/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional presentations or demonstrations for clients addressing specific business cases.
- Support operational/delivery excellence through precise requirements delivery for implementation of solutions/services.
- Meet with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic or required situation to ensure comprehensive requirements are gathered for new opportunities.
Requirements:
- A self-starter who can easily motivate themselves.
- Ability to lead and manage virtual teams to deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
- A committed, organised, confident, consistent, and ambitious person.
- 5-10 years' experience in customer management, presales, and/or design of complex customer solutions.
