Business Development Executive

TN Sweden is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain existing customers and increase revenue.
You will work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and preferences, developing strong relationships with customers and driving successful renewals, ensuring a strong revenue base for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for assigned Strategic accounts by building and executing a retail strategy.
- Quarterly Meetings: Attend quarterly meetings with the manager to discuss high-risk renewal accounts within the region and strategy/ideas to turnaround.
- Client Success: Ensure client success by working with the Product Training Specialist team and monitoring internal reports.
- Renewal Process Optimization: Optimize the renewal process; from pricing, contracting, to invoicing and client support, so customer concerns get addressed correctly throughout the fiscal year.
- New Sales Integration and Alignment: Integrate and align new sales with existing accounts to ensure maximum customer ROI with TN Sweden.
- Client Needs Analysis: Analyze client needs including the development of good account understanding, business groups deriving value from our services, understanding the clients' business/industry, competitor solutions they are using, and the client's current and developing needs.
- Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop internally for feedback and competitive intelligence to TN Sweden's Product, Content & Marketing.
- Revenue Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for increased revenue within the set of accounts (up-selling and cross-selling) and work with other members of the sales team to follow through on such opportunities.
- Client Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and appropriate client records within our systems.
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years in customer engagement or sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Fluency in Swedish or any other Scandinavian languages is preferred.
