Job Description

  • Maintain and develop cooperation with Frends customers and partners, ensuring the value of our product to new and existing customers.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Help new customers onboard Frends and coordinate training sessions.
  • Deploy and manage ticketing and documentation tools to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong business-centric thinking and ability to grow customers to the next level.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive mindset.
  • Technical understanding and curiosity towards technical solutions.
  • A couple of years of experience in a similar role in the SaaS field.
