Job Description
- Maintain and develop cooperation with Frends customers and partners, ensuring the value of our product to new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Help new customers onboard Frends and coordinate training sessions.
- Deploy and manage ticketing and documentation tools to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong business-centric thinking and ability to grow customers to the next level.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive mindset.
- Technical understanding and curiosity towards technical solutions.
- A couple of years of experience in a similar role in the SaaS field.
