Role Overview

Join Yubico's sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and focus on qualifying sales opportunities. You will be the initial point of contact with potential Yubico Business customers, so making a good impression is essential.

As a BDR, you'll work closely with the sales department, adopting best practices, policies, and procedures for managing accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities. You'll be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly objectives, conducting a high volume of calls, emails, and social connections to gather and share information.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Here are some key responsibilities for the role:

  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Daily integration with Salesforce to adopt accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to sales department best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Meet monthly and quarterly objectives
  • Conduct a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social connections to customers and prospects to gather and share information and initiate the first step in identifying those interested parties in learning more about the company's products and services and respond to incoming inquiries
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to drive opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
  • Report to Team Lead EMEA APJ Sales Development

Basic qualifications for the position include:

  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills with a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and tasks
  • Able to take initiative, maintain a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and work effectively on projects with minimal direct supervision
  • 2 years of selling experience
  • Based in Stockholm
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Polish
