About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Acquisitions Director to join our Nordics acquisitions team in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the acquisition process, from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to executing deals and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive acquisition strategy for Sweden, aligned with Hines' overall objectives.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, ensuring they meet our investment criteria and risk tolerance.
- Collaborate with our regional teams to evaluate and execute approved transactions.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and other stakeholders on our acquisition progress and performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in the commercial real estate industry, with a strong background in acquisitions and deal-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex transactions and negotiations.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
