As a manager, you will lead a cross-functional team, engaging with departments such as E-commerce, Product, Customer Experience, and Business Intelligence to ensure data-driven initiatives.
- Educational background in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience from successfully leading projects and/or cross functional teams
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret sales and customer data
