Revenue Development Manager

We are seeking a Revenue Development Manager to join our dynamic Commercial Team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and continuously improving the sales process.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the HR technology landscape and be able to leverage their expertise to drive sales growth. You will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales and managing your sales pipeline from qualification to closing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in large organizations
- Developing and executing tailored sales strategies with SDR support for lead generation
- Leading negotiations and closing complex deals to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction
