Role Summary:
As a Senior HR Business Partner at Swedbank, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic people management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage HR and people management related tasks within the business
- Develop and implement group common HR processes within culture, leadership, compensation and people management
- Collaborate with business managers to develop talent and succession plans, and provide coaching and guidance to the management team
- Engage regularly with the union/work council, ensuring compliance with collective labor law
- Utilize data analytics to inform business strategic decisions and drive organizational development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics and business administration, preferably combined with a human resources degree or equivalent
- Previous experience as a senior HR Business Partner in Financial Services, Technology or Management Consulting
- Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles, with experience managing HR teams in large-scale organizations
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into organization development plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
