About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Scheduling Lead to join our Workforce Management team in the North region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of 5-8 schedulers in managing routines across 6-9 countries.

As a Regional Scheduling Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating efficient and accurate schedules that balance operational goals. You will collaborate with the Global Scheduling Lead and partner with Planning and Intraday teams to ensure alignment across functions while serving as a key escalation point for complex challenges.

You will refine scheduling practices, develop mid-term forecast models, and generate actionable insights from data. By simplifying processes, driving automation, and fostering continuous improvement, you will optimize scheduling accuracy and enhance service levels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize service delivery for customers across regions;
  • Grow and develop your team through training and mentorship;
  • Set scheduling strategies for the upcoming 3 months and work with internal and external teams to deliver them;
  • Build scalable scheduling routines and identify opportunities for global consistency;
  • Analyze forecasts, make adjustments using expertise, and optimize coverage to meet SLAs, efficiency goals, and resolution times;
  • Identify process improvements and automate or improve efficiency, reducing waste and cycle times;
  • Drive WFM KPI improvements (forecasting accuracy, scheduling accuracy, cycle times);
  • Co-own quarterly OKR target-setting with fellow leads;
  • Build smaller-scale forecasts to support exceptional events.

About You:

  • At least 1 year of experience leading teams and/or 1 year in a Workforce Management role;
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically;
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Management principles, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management;
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Advanced Excel/Spreadsheets skills and experience working with BI tools.
