Workforce Management Lead - Scheduling Optimization

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Lead - Scheduling Optimization to join our team. As a key member of our WFM team, you will lead a group of schedulers managing routines across multiple countries. Your role is crucial in creating efficient, accurate schedules that balance operational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of schedulers to create and manage schedules;
  • Collaborate with the Global Scheduling Lead and Planning teams to ensure alignment across functions;
  • Develop and implement mid-term forecast models to drive informed decision-making;
  • Generate actionable insights from data to refine scheduling practices;
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation to reduce waste and cycle times.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience leading teams or in a Workforce Management role;
  • Strong understanding of Workforce Management principles, including forecasting, capacity planning, and real-time management;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve issues independently;
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and creatively solving problems;
  • Advanced Excel/Spreadsheets skills and experience with BI tools like Looker.
