Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our Ecolab team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction in our North and UK/Ireland regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales budget for assigned regions with a focus on selling innovation and digitally enabled solutions.
  • Provide commercial guidance to field sales teams and establish action plans and sales targets based on agreed strategies.
  • Introduce new products and prepare strategic discussions to grow the business.
  • Follow up on Total Value Delivery (TVD), pricing, orders, and customer service with a P&L responsibility and a budget between $10MM-$55MM.
  • Coach and lead a team composed of field sales teams and sales leaders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners in your region.
  • Improve sales team skills through professional training and field visits at key accounts.
  • Manage technical support for customer inquiries related to our products.

Requirements:

  • University degree in industrial engineering, chemistry, water treatment, economics, or related fields.
  • Proven B2B sales experience with knowledge of the industrial sector.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in leadership and people management in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.
  • Eagerness to grow through challenging experiences.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
  • Previous experience in value selling management in B2B and matrix contexts.
