Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as Director, Advertiser Solutions Nordics. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across target clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at major agencies and brands.
- Leading a team of experienced sellers to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop go-to-market approaches.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest programmatic trends and technologies to ensure our sales strategies remain effective.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of related experience in sales, business development, and/or product within an advertising technology company.
- Proven track record of success in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the programmatic supply chain and real-time media monetization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
