We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to join our Nordic D2C (direct-to-consumer) Marketing Team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Media Planning: Develop a best-in-class media strategy for the Nordic markets in collaboration with the Nordic eStore Team, local media agency, Category Marketing Teams, and the European Office.
  • Media Budget Management: Oversee the eCommerce media budget, ensuring effective allocation and optimization to maximize commercial results.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end media process, from briefing to implementation and KPI analysis, to drive successful campaigns and new product launches.
  • Cross-Channel Media Management: Implement and review media strategies across multiple channels to maximize sales results.
  • Asset Creation & Localization: Oversee the creation and localization of marketing assets to ensure they resonate with the target audience.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, report key learnings, and continuously optimize strategies for future success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for day-to-day management of media agencies and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver on brand and commercial objectives.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce traffic acquisition and digital marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing, including digital media planning and familiarity with platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Meta, TikTok, Snap, Affiliate Marketing platforms, and Product Feed Management solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record in optimizing KPIs to achieve outstanding performance.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to tailor strategies for different target audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills with the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience managing media budgets across multiple countries is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a collaborative and positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Nordic languages is a plus.
