Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy, leveraging SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns to drive business objectives.
  2. Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to inform marketing efforts and tailor strategies to target audiences effectively.
  3. Manage the creation of engaging content for all digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.
  4. Oversee the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
  5. Brief and manage the third-party marketing design agency on their work and deliverables, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality output.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to optimise user experience and ensure brand objectives are met, driving business growth through customer-centric strategies.
  7. Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  8. Lead on all aspects of digital marketing, including key supplier management and liaison, ensuring effective partnerships and vendor relationships.
  9. Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources for maximum efficiency and impact, driving business growth through strategic resource allocation.
  10. Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and introduce innovative marketing techniques to stay ahead of the competition, driving business growth through innovation and experimentation.
  11. Forge partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and other partners to expand reach and drive conversions, leveraging strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the gaming or online casino industry.
  2. A university graduate, preferably with a digital marketing qualification.
  3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  4. Preferable to have Emerging markets but especially African marketing experience.
  5. Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels, driving conversions and improving customer experience.
  6. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  7. Experience in setting up and optimising Facebook & Google Adwords campaigns, driving ROI and KPIs.
  8. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to evaluate and improve customer experience.
  9. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, staying ahead of the competition.
  10. Fluency in English is mandatory.
