About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team at Red Bull Sweden. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Creator Marketing Manager in driving our strategy for working with Creators (Influencers) to best support our overall business priorities.
  • Measure the performance of our initiatives with KPIs linked to our overall business strategy.
  • Define and customize opportunities with our key Creators in the program, creating innovative experiences to develop relationships.
  • Work with ideation, execution, and follow-up of these opportunities, including events, product seeding, and daily contact with Creators.
  • Develop and grow Red Bull Sweden's network of Creators, recruiting both core and mainstream influencers, and establishing long-lasting relationships.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of work experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Media, or Marketing project leadership, ideally in the media, content, and communications sector.
  • Excellent understanding of local and international digital and media landscapes, including trends among social networks, influencers, and mobile apps/sites.
  • Multi-project drive, with ability to work and build relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external contractors on multiple projects and topics.
  • Highly efficient project management and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of content productions, especially digital/social.
  • Exceptionally sociable, optimistic, and interested in testing new things, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to be solution-oriented, especially in action on events.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
