About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team at Rekrit AB. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies tailored to the Indian market to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with our marketing goals and objectives.
  2. Content Creation: Create high-quality, culturally relevant content including blog posts, articles, videos, graphics, and social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
  3. Social Media Management: Manage all aspects of social media presence in India, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives for the Indian market.
  5. Trend Analysis and Innovation: Monitor trends in social media, content marketing, and influencer marketing in India to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  6. Influencer and Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with Indian influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand our reach and impact in the region.
Requirements
  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and influencer marketing, with a focus on the Indian market.
  2. Strong Writing and Editing Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with cultural sensitivity and understanding.
  3. Proficiency in Social Media: Proficiency in using social media platforms popular in India such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  4. Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts tailored to Indian audiences.
  5. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
  6. Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics to inform content strategies and measure success in the Indian market.
  7. Cultural Knowledge: Passion for Indian culture, trends, and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the region.
