As a High Voltage Surge Protection Expert, you will play a crucial role in developing products that protect against electrical surges and ensure the reliability of our customers' equipment.
About the RoleAs a member of our Technology team, you will be responsible for designing and developing surge protection products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your expertise in electrical engineering and project management will enable you to lead R&D projects and collaborate with a global team to drive innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities- Design and develop surge protection products that meet customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Lead and participate in R&D projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with a global R&D team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to document results and progress.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of new products and solutions that align with our company's strategy.
- You hold a university degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering and project management.
- Bonus points if you have experience in High Voltage Surge arresters or Capacitors technology.
- You are fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills.
- You are proficient in Swedish and other languages is a plus.
- You have experience working in a team environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
