The Strategic Account Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities at SD Worx. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to prospecting, as well as strong sales and negotiation skills.

You will work closely with our International and Nordic Sales teams to align sales cases and provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience ideally from SaaS (software as a service) or solution sales.
  • Knowledge of the HR/Payroll Market in Sweden would be an advantage.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious, humble, independent, curious, fast learner, persistent.
