You'll be responsible for selling our innovative technical solutions in Norway, building long-term customer relationships, and contributing to our company's success. Join us in creating unique customer experiences and making a significant impact on our industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by finding new end customers and supporting existing ones
  • Expand the regional network of installers and integrated partners
  • Identify, develop, and maintain effective relationships with key customer contacts
  • Develop sales plans that support objectives for sales, market-share, and competitive account penetration
  • Participate in trade shows and industry associations
  • Analyse customer accounts to determine potential for both present and future solutions and needs

Your Profile

  • Strong commercial sales experience with a proven track record in a similar field-based sales role
  • Extensive acquisition and order closing capacity
  • Organizational talent in supporting projects and specialist trading partners
  • Project management and consultation with architects, designers, and contractors
  • Experience in selling and clarifying technical products and a good understanding of electronic access control systems
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and developing your own pipeline
  • Fluent in Norwegian
