Job Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for collecting customer information and performing sales data analysis. This involves proceeding orders and maintaining daily communication with clients, as well as tracking the daily sales operation on the order flow. Additionally, you will assist the finance department with financial notes and payment, and support administration and local sales staff in other related tasks.

Desired Skills and Experience:

We are looking for an individual with an educational background in Economics or Science, or other related fields. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential. Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus, and you should be data-sensitive with a strong learning ability. Proficiency in MS-Office software, particularly Excel or other data analysis software, is also required. Excellent team communication and consulting skills are necessary for this role.
