Responsibilities
  1. Support customer onboarding and ensure their complete satisfaction and retention
  2. Develop and maintain robust relationships with partners to foster a spirit of collaboration
  3. Offer secondary support to partners, resolving any issues promptly
  4. Collaborate in the development of customer-centric strategies and processes
  5. Effectively structure your work and aid in optimizing our internal processes
  6. Empower customers to utilize Mynt's capabilities fully through extensive training and guidance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or technical customer support from the SaaS industry
  • Background in the fintech or banking sector
  • Native fluency in Norwegian and English
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
